Sales are tracked, for referral fee purposes, using the CLIENT DISCOUNT

NUMBER.  It is the Client’s sole responsibility to ensure their referrals

include the CLIENT DISCOUNT NUMBER on orders for which credit is

to be earned.  Orders received without a valid, authorized CDN will be

assumed to be from a NEW CLIENT.

Policies regarding customer orders, pricing, product availability, shipping,

and customer service are the sole discretion of DustNeverSleeps.  Pricing

and product availability are subject to change without notice.  We are not

responsible for any representations made by Clients or customers that are

in conflict with our polices.

Referral Fees will be paid (currently 20%) on product sales (excluding shipping,

handling and taxes) on verifiable referrals.  No referral fees will be paid

on returned or delinquent purchases.

Referring Customers will receive a Sales Activity Report showing valid transactions

booked for the preceding month.  For security and privacy, Sales Activity Reports will not

divulge names, addresses or any other personal information regarding the referred customer. 

Referral fees will be paid approximately 30 days following the end of the transaction month. 

A minimum of $75.00 in referral fees is required for monthly pay-out. 

If the minimum is not reached within the monthly time frame, the amount will be carried into the next month. 

All referral fees earned will be paid quarterly, regardless of minimum amount.

Web site Interruption:  DNS will make every effort to keep its web site operational. 

However, certain technical or natural disaster difficulties may occur. 

We are not responsible, nor liable for consequences resulting from such service interruptions.

We make no assurances that the operation of our web site will be uninterrupted

DustNeverSleeps may at any time (directly or indirectly) solicit customer

referrals that are similar to or complete with the efforts of DustNeverSleeps

Clients.

We shall have no liability for the indirect, incidental, special or consequential

damages for any loss of revenue or profits arising under or with respect to the

DustNeverSleeps Referral Fee Program, even if we were advised of the possibility

of such damages.  Further, our aggregate shall in no event exceed the total Referral

Fee Program paid or payable by us to a respective client.
